If companies do not have the time or capacity to look for new candidates for a permanent position themselves, recruitment and selection are the best choice. Recruitment and selection is basically the process of identifying, selecting and recruiting the most suitable candidates for permanent employment at companies. Filling a vacancy is time-consuming and demanding. Recruitment and selection require specific knowledge and experience, which is why we are happy to help.

We select the best candidates and conduct the first interviews. We will present the remaining candidates. The client will carry out the follow-up interviews, propose the missing employment conditions and enter into a possible employment contract.

The costs for recruitment and selection procedure vary per application.

The recruitment and selection fee is a percentage of the full-time gross annual salary (including holiday allowance) of the appointed candidate. This is done through the principle of ‘no cure, no pay’. Payments are only made when someone is actually hired. 50% will be paid on the first working day of the candidate. The second half is paid at the end of the probationary period.
