As a Commercial Electrician, you are the beating heart of our technical projects. You will work on a wide variety of electrical systems within the business-to-business market.
Whether it involves laying down the electrical infrastructure in a hyper-modern distribution center, installing smart lighting networks in a corporate office building, or maintaining distribution boards in a healthcare facility, you handle it with ease. You will often work as part of a team on-site and carry responsibility for the overall quality and safety of the commissioned installations.
Your Responsibilities:
- Installing, modifying, and maintaining complex commercial electrotechnical systems;
- Mounting, wiring, and connecting distribution boards and power supplies;
- Laying down cable routing systems and pulling heavy cabling;
- Working closely from technical drawings, wiring diagrams, and schematics;
- Ensuring all work meets safety standards and project specifications.
Job requirements
We are looking for a meticulous colleague with a genuine passion for electrical engineering. You recognize yourself in the following profile:
- Education: A completed MBO degree (Level 3 or 4) in Electrical Engineering or Installation Technology (e.g., EMSI or First Fitter/Monteur);
- Experience: Relevant work experience in commercial construction (utiliteitsbouw) is a strong plus;
- Certifications: Possession of a valid VCA diploma (or willingness to obtain one). Familiarity with NEN 1010 and NEN 3140 standards is a distinct advantage;
- Skills: Superior ability to read and interpret technical drawings and electrical schematics;
- Attitude: Customer-oriented, representative, and focused on solutions rather than problems;
- License: Possession of a valid Category B driver's license.
