  • Safety: Ensuring a safe working environment in compliance with VCA guidelines.

Job requirements

We are looking for a meticulous professional with a proactive attitude who meets the following criteria:

  • Education: A background in Mechanical Engineering or a similar technical field;
  • Experience: Relevant experience with machining tools (turning/milling). Hands-on experience with CNC control systems is a must;
  • Knowledge: Deep understanding of material properties, modern clamping techniques, Teach-in machinery, and measuring instruments;
  • Certification: In possession of a valid VCA certificate;
  • Attitude: Precise, flexible, and fully capable of working both independently and within a team.

What we offer

We offer a challenging position within a professional environment where craftsmanship is highly valued:

  • Salary: A gross monthly salary between €3,100 and €3,900 (based on a 38-hour workweek), depending on your relevant experience and machine knowledge;
  • Benefits: Excellent secondary conditions and vacation days according to the applicable CAO (Metaal & Techniek);
