Your responsibilities:
- Greeting customers in the showroom, listening to their needs, providing advice, and preparing initial quotes;
- Creating and sending final quotes based on measurements provided by the technicians;
- Scheduling appointments (measurement appointments, new projects, service requests, etc.);
- Processing completion forms and work orders;
- Generating invoices and following up on outstanding payments;
- Answering phone calls and emails, and updating customer information in the database;
- Keeping the work environment tidy (including minor light housekeeping tasks);
- Supervising interns.
Job requirements
- MBO Level 3 or 4 working and thinking level with relevant work experience;
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, etc.);
- Customer-friendly with strong communication skills;
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team;
- Structured way of working with the ability to maintain a clear overview;
- Confident and stress-resistant.
