You will act as a valuable advisor to your supervisor, actively contributing ideas to optimize the production process.<\/p>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"6\"><b data-path-to-node=\"6\" data-index-in-node=\"0\">Your Responsibilities:<\/b><\/p>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"6\">\n<ul>\n<li data-path-to-node=\"7,0,0\"><b data-path-to-node=\"7,0,0\" data-index-in-node=\"0\">Machining:<\/b> Independently manufacturing parts from technical drawings;<\/li>\n<li data-path-to-node=\"7,1,0\"><b data-path-to-node=\"7,1,0\" data-index-in-node=\"0\">Programming &amp; Setup:<\/b> Operating, setting up, and programming CNC machining equipment (lathes\/mills);<\/li>\n<li data-path-to-node=\"7,2,0\"><b data-path-to-node=\"7,2,0\" data-index-in-node=\"0\">Tooling:<\/b> Applying correct clamping techniques and selecting the appropriate cutting tools;<\/li>\n<li data-path-to-node=\"7,3,0\"><b data-path-to-node=\"7,3,0\" data-index-in-node=\"0\">Quality Control:<\/b> Inspecting your own work using precision measuring and alignment gauges;<\/li>\n<li data-path-to-node=\"7,4,0\"><b data-path-to-node=\"7,4,0\" data-index-in-node=\"0\">Process Optimization:<\/b> Identifying points of improvement in the process and reporting them to management;<\/li>\n<li data-path-to-node=\"7,5,0\"><b data-path-to-node=\"7,5,0\" data-index-in-node=\"0\">Safety:<\/b> Ensuring a safe working environment in compliance with VCA guidelines.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>As a CNC Machinist, you are responsible for the entire machining process: from raw material to a high-quality technical finished product.
