No two days are the same: one day you will be in the workshop welding a complex frame, and the next you will be on-site at a client&#8217;s location to professionally install the structure. You are the technical eyes and ears on the shop floor; you spot bottlenecks early and communicate directly with your supervisor to find the best solution.<\/p>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"6\"><b data-path-to-node=\"6\" data-index-in-node=\"0\">Your Responsibilities:<\/b><\/p>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"6\">\n<ul>\n<li data-path-to-node=\"7,0,0\"><b data-path-to-node=\"7,0,0\" data-index-in-node=\"0\">Assembly:<\/b> Independently assembling and building structures from blueprint drawings in the workshop;<\/li>\n<li data-path-to-node=\"7,1,0\"><b data-path-to-node=\"7,1,0\" data-index-in-node=\"0\">Metalworking:<\/b> Processing metal through folding, drilling, rolling, and shearing;<\/li>\n<li data-path-to-node=\"7,2,0\"><b data-path-to-node=\"7,2,0\" data-index-in-node=\"0\">Welding:<\/b> Welding various components using Stick (SMAW) and\/or MIG\/MAG techniques;<\/li>\n<li data-path-to-node=\"7,3,0\"><b data-path-to-node=\"7,3,0\" data-index-in-node=\"0\">On-site Installation:<\/b> Mounting and installing structures on-site at our clients&#8217; locations;<\/li>\n<li data-path-to-node=\"7,4,0\"><b data-path-to-node=\"7,4,0\" data-index-in-node=\"0\">Safety &amp; Quality:<\/b> Monitoring quality standards and ensuring workplace safety.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>In this role, you are the cornerstone of the production process for high-quality machinery and installations.
