Additionally, you will work on customer-specific systems such as medical gases and installations for operating rooms, laboratories, and cleanrooms.<\/p>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"6\">You will work within a small, close-knit group of colleagues specializing in both electrical and HVAC fields. Besides your colleagues in the field, you will have regular contact with fixed service coordinators and a contract manager.<\/p>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"7\"><b data-path-to-node=\"7\" data-index-in-node=\"0\">In the role of HVAC Maintenance Technician, you are responsible for:<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li data-path-to-node=\"8,0,0\"><b data-path-to-node=\"8,0,0\" data-index-in-node=\"0\">Service and Maintenance:<\/b> Performing routine service and maintenance to ensure installations remain in excellent condition, while adhering to agreements, safety regulations, and procedures;<\/li>\n<li data-path-to-node=\"8,1,0\"><b data-path-to-node=\"8,1,0\" data-index-in-node=\"0\">Troubleshooting:<\/b> Resolving malfunctions in building-related HVAC systems according to safety regulations, customer requirements, and quality standards;<\/li>\n<li data-path-to-node=\"8,2,0\"><b data-path-to-node=\"8,2,0\" data-index-in-node=\"0\">Reporting and Tidiness:<\/b> Ensuring a clean and organized workplace and maintaining logs correctly.
