As a Mechatronics Technician, you build machines, machine parts, and devices that combine mechanical, electronic, and digital components. In this role, you will be responsible for:
- Production: Manufacturing electrotechnical and mechatronic (sub-)products;
- Assembly: Placing and inspecting mechanical components;
- Planning: Planning and organizing your daily work activities;
- Installation: Installing and adjusting mechatronic systems and components;
- Prototyping: Designing prototypes for mechatronic products;
- Mentoring: Guiding and training new colleagues;
- Administration: Documenting work activities and archiving product data.
You will work both independently and as part of a team. You are versatile and will occasionally collaborate with colleagues from other disciplines. We are specifically looking for a candidate with experience in hydraulics and pneumatics.
Job requirements
- Education: At least a completed MBO Level 4 diploma as a Mechatronics Technician;
- Availability: Available for 38 to 40 hours per week;
- Technical Interest: A genuine passion for technology;
- Communication: Clear and effective communication skills;
- Collaboration: Ability to function well both independently and within a team;
- Analytical Skills: Ability to deconstruct complex processes and see the bigger picture to design or improve systems;
