Job description

As an HVAC Maintenance Technician, you will work on all standard HVAC installations. Additionally, you will work on customer-specific systems such as medical gases and installations for operating rooms, laboratories, and cleanrooms.

You will work within a small, close-knit group of colleagues specializing in both electrical and HVAC fields. Besides your colleagues in the field, you will have regular contact with fixed service coordinators and a contract manager.

In the role of HVAC Maintenance Technician, you are responsible for:

• Service and Maintenance: Performing routine service and maintenance to ensure installations remain in excellent condition, while adhering to agreements, safety regulations, and procedures;
• Troubleshooting: Resolving malfunctions in building-related HVAC systems according to safety regulations, customer requirements, and quality standards;
• Reporting and Tidiness: Ensuring a clean and organized workplace and maintaining logs correctly. You will provide detailed written reports via digital systems to the service coordinators;
• Standby Shifts: Participating in periodic on-call shifts where you are independently responsible for resolving sudden malfunctions.
