Your tasks involve the full scope of heating technology, ensuring systems operate safely and efficiently. Your responsibilities include:
- Installation and Replacement: Installing new central heating boilers and replacing outdated systems.
- Maintenance: Performing regular inspections and maintenance on heating installations to guarantee optimal performance.
- Repairs: Troubleshooting and resolving malfunctions in boilers, radiators, and interconnected piping.
- Pipework: Modifying and repairing pipes connected to the central heating system.
A Central Heating Technician must possess strong technical knowledge, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently. Additionally, it is essential to strictly follow safety regulations and maintain a customer-oriented attitude.
Job requirements
- Availability: 38 to 40 hours per week.
- Education: A completed MBO degree in a technical field.
- Experience: Several years of relevant work experience in heating technology.
- Certification: Possession of a VCA Basic certificate.
- Traits: Flexible, reliable, and a good team player.
- License: Possession of a Category B driver's license.
