As a Plasma/Oxy-fuel Cutter, you will prepare work (materials/data), load programs into the flame cutting machine, perform precision cutting and grinding, complete work orders, and operate a forklift and overhead crane.
Job description
As a Plasma/Oxy-fuel Cutter, you ensure the proper functioning of the machine. Your responsibilities include:
- Preparation: Gathering materials and relevant data for each job;
- Machine setup: Loading the selected programs into the flame cutting machine;
- Material processing: Cutting materials with high precision and grinding the finished products correctly;
- Project completion: Responsibility for finishing the tasks on the flame cutting machine;
- Logistics support: Operating supporting equipment, such as the forklift and overhead crane.
Job requirements
- Flexibility: Willingness to work in a 2-shift rotation (Monday to Thursday: 06:00–14:30 and 14:30–23:00; Friday: 06:00–12:30 and 12:30–19:00);
- Precision: Accurate and patient with a sharp eye for detail;
- Responsibility: Taking ownership of the quality of the work you deliver;
- Planning & Organization: Ability to work independently;
