Job description
As an Operator, you play a vital role in the production process. You will be responsible for operating and monitoring machines and installations daily, ensuring everything runs smoothly and efficiently.
Your duties include:
- Operating and monitoring our machinery and installations;
- Identifying and resolving malfunctions like a true troubleshooter;
- Ensuring an efficient production process and consistent quality;
- Contributing ideas for process improvements and optimizations.
Job requirements
- You have an affinity for technology and understand how production processes work;
- A VAPRO A/B/C diploma is a plus, but not a requirement;
- You are eager to learn, proactive, and not afraid to roll up your sleeves;
- You are a team player with a positive attitude;
- You appreciate a good sense of humor and contribute to a great working atmosphere.
